RowLift

Terms and refund policy

Effective 3 September 2026

Who you are dealing with

RowLift is sold by David Baird, an individual developer (“we”). Google is not the seller. Contact: david.baird.uk@gmail.com.

The free version

RowLift's free features are free for personal and commercial use, with no row limit and no time limit. We may change or add features over time.

RowLift Pro

Pro unlocks multi-page stitching and batch export across tabs. Two options are offered:

Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply a conversion. Payment is taken at checkout through ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe. We never see your card details.

Free trial

You can try Pro free for 7 days. Starting a trial needs an email address and no card. When the trial ends, Pro features lock again; nothing is charged unless you choose to buy.

Refunds

If Pro is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. For yearly renewals, the 14 days run from the renewal charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling a yearly plan

Cancel any time from the payment page inside the extension (it opens ExtensionPay's customer portal) or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Licence

A Pro licence is for one person and can be used on that person's own browsers and devices by logging in with the same email address. You may not resell or share it. We may end a licence that is being shared or used to attack the service, refunding any unused period.

What RowLift is not

RowLift exports what a website shows you. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to export and use that data, under the website's terms and any applicable law. RowLift is provided as is; we do our best to keep it working on the sites you use, but websites change and we cannot guarantee every table on every site will export perfectly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We will post any change here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it; if you do not, cancel and ask for a refund within 14 days of the change.
